Training for Week of 02.02.2009

**Mon
Trainer: 40 min on bike trainer! Go to the gym and spin easy if you don't have a trainer at home

**Tue
Swim: 100yds-200yds-300yds-400yds-300yds-200yds-100yds -- 30 sec rest in between each set
AND
Run: Time to work some speed - 20 min warm up - then 3 x 8 min HARD RUN (push it but something you can hold for 8 mins) take 3 min easy jog between each set. 10 mins easy cool down

**Wed
Bike: 1 hr 30 min BASE bike ride.

**Thu
Run: 40 min easy! Tuesday was the hard day, today is marathon pace!!
AND
Swim: Culver Sessions with coach

**Fri
Rest: YAY! =) I get to eat NACHOS and CHILI FRIES and IN N OUT today...hahaha!

**Sat
Bike: 3 hours on the bike! We're going to build climbing more and more! And you should be getting your plan for food and drink under control by now!

**Sun
Run: 1hr 30min long run day!
AND
Swim 15 x 100yds...off 30 second rest! Please try to swim them all the same speed!
