Here's a quick snapshot of the last month. We've finally moved from the usual 5 day/week of training to now 6 days/week. It's going to stay like this till the end of the season in August. I'm sweating a lot these days...but I am also eating a lot...where is my SIX PACK?!?!? That part is not coming along so well yet...I guess I just need to keep sweating.
